Academics: GPA must be equal to or higher than 90%; Attendance must be equal to or higher than 90%
Professionalism: Dress code compliance; Represents the Metro Culture & Image at all times; Interactive communication skills
Performance: Technical skills; Salon/Spa business skills; Represents the Metro Customer Service Experience; Active participation in events; Retail knowledge and sales (reach $150 in retail sales prior to becoming a member; maintain $50 a week in retail sales once a member)

Practical Test – Cut & Color Presentation: Preparation (model head sheet/formulation); Timing & Technique; Final Result
Written Test: 35 questions
Research Paper: 500-word essay
